Default Help! Big trouble with Hypertech Tuner!

Hi guys. I need help big time! I finally got all the work done to my car and the ride is now home and I just tried installing a Hypertech Power Programmer 3 that I got on the forum.
When it started booting up and looking for memory which took about 2 minutes, it told me "calibration not found" & "call Hypertech" but then the car dash display said "reduced power". I turned off the key and restarted the car and now my "check engine" light is on and the car is not running right!!!
I called the Hypertech phone # but ofcoarse they are closed on weekends!
What do I do? Please help!!

Did you buy an unlocked unit? Did anything interupt the tuner while you were using it?

I know on the superchips tuner, you need to have a set of jumpers that install under the glove box. I am not sure about the HP3.

Someone will chime in.

TTT for ya.

Did you try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes? Did you search for the coded to see what you were getting?

Default Thanks

I unpluged the battery for about an hour and when I started the car, the check engine was gone. I just went for a 20 minute spin on the highway and everything seems to be ok...she's pulling like a jet again!
I'll give Hypertech a call & see what's up. I just got really nervous when I saw the "reduced power" in the dash and then the check engine.
Thanks,
Mark
