Tensioner and Idler Question

Default Tensioner and Idler Question
Ok I ordered the new tensioner and a new idler pulley from Gene along with new belts etc.. Now when I talked to Gene he said there was sort of a service bulletin, in regards to both of these components, now my question is which idler pulley are they talking about in this bulletin? because are they not all the same size? I guess the first question is am I correct in thinking there are more than one idler pulleys.

I could be dreaming too..

The idler they are talking about is located btween the Crank and the power sterring pump pulleys.
