The Vette Doctors
I had Carmen and the crew at The Vette Doctors install a cam, springs, oil pump, etc on my '98 A4. The car now has a 224/224 114 Cam, Chain, Oil Pump, Springs, Kooks 1 3/4, High Flow Cats, LS6 Intake, 3.90 Gears, PT 2400, Z06 Exhaust, K&N FIPK, 180 Thermostat. Budget did not allow for heads, so that will be next. The Vette Doctors have added all of these parts in stages over the years.Put down 370 rwhp and 363rwtq with a nice lope and sounds great. No stalling, surging or codes to talk about. Hope to get heads and coilovers by the end of the year. Maybe a new converter as well, we’ll see.
The Vette Doctors have always worked within my budget and helped me attain my goals. The only shop that will ever touch my ride, trust me on this one. I'll hopefully get to the track soon to improve my times. What do you think I should now run assuming I have the right tires? The car is not the fastest out there, but it is clean and I have a balance of power, handling and braking.
