Radio Problem
I need help please. I have a 99 vert. The power antenna died - i.e the motor stopped working. I bought a new assembly (through GM direct parts). I took the old one out and put the new one in - how hard could this be?
Prior to the change, everthing worked fine - Sirius, FM, and the CD player. Now, nothing works fine. The new antenna won't raise when the radio is turned on; FM and the CD player can barely be heard at full volume; no Sirius sound at all.
It looked so simple!
I took the new one out and put the old antenna assembly back in - no change, everything still would not work.
I checked the codes - no codes of any type.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
