Here's the problem: The ac is not blowing to its full potenial, the air is not a s cold as it should be and the the air is coming from both the top and bottom of the dash. When I questioned a dealer tech he said he suspects the actuators door are stuck due to a vacuum leak and to check the lines under the battery for any leaks there as is often the case due to battery acid. Everything (compressor, blower) appears to be in working order with the exception of the above faults.
Could this be the sole problem? What do I look for? Also, when I remove the battery will I have to reset all my electrical components? Radio, stored seat settings settings, TPS, etc? Think it might also need a recharge as well....?

Just checked my codes: *B0361/ Left Actuator Feedback Short to GND - Now what???
If you remove the battery make sure you know the lock code, unfortunately i didnt. Have read on here that its easier to disconnect the fuse under the pass floor to reset. I thought i had that problem but it was just low on freon!

If you mean the Radio lock code, yep, I have it. Went to an auto parts store and bought a recharge system and added a can of 134A. So far so good.
I BET its the vacuum lines under the battery or the chack valve going into the tank inside the right front fender. I "FIXED" mine twice last year and had to put another check valve in last week as the two ports from my new rubber hoses broke off.the check valve. BTW Advance Auto has the check valves in the HELP section for $3.48 each. The GM dealer charged me about $6.50 for the SAME PART. Don't know if it was acid again or just too much stress as i lengthened the lines using rubber vacuum hose and just used the ENDS of the old plastic hose with the rubber connectors. This is is on the forum MANY TIMES. Look for vacuum lines and battery. BIGHANK
PS: I never set any LOCK CODES in my radio so all you do is remove the battery, Mix up a gallon or two of water and boric acid to pour on the acidified lines and wiring harnesses. DO THIS or you will be doing it AGAIN.
If you added a can of 134 and it helped then it sounds like you have a leak and the issue will return. Try to find the leak, it may be a fitting and you will see some oil and dust stuck to it. The leak will only get worse. Been there done that on another veh I have. If you can't find the leak a shop can use a sniffer or some dye to locate it.
