Follow the leads from the battery and make sure they are firmly
attached at both ends, particularly the lead to the starter.

If that checks out, carefully read the sticky topic
"Important Electrical Information" in this section.

Seriously.

I just went through a problem with my electrical system. (it was the positive stud on my starter)

Is the car throwing any codes??
Here is a good link:

Best advice i can give you is to check every cable (battery to starter, starter to alternator, battery to frame, battery to block, etc....) and look for a loose connection or a corroded connector. Always a good starting point. It is important to give the cables a little tug to make sure that they are firmly attached to the connector.

There is a ground pack in the rocker pannel by your left foot, in front of the dead peddal and underneath your hood latch where the grounds for the dash are located. Another one on the other rocker pannel where the grounds for the PCM and Interior fuse pannel is located. the Electrical information sticky at the top of this forum also has a lot of good information.
