Default Looking for Engine Parts Advice

getting ready to do a head/cam swap soon and i am looking for recommendations on some of the parts to finish things off. the car is a 99 coupe (built 10/98 incase that affects things) 6 spd z51. the only part installed already is a callaway honker. the car is a daily driver i autocross and track occationally so driveability over the last couple percent increase in power is what i am going for. the parts i currently i have:

afr 205s milled to 59cc with comp 921 springs
lg g5x3 on a 114 lsa
7.425" pushrods (not sure if that will be the right length, they came with the cam)
lg pro longtubes with high flow cats

ive heard conflicting things about the 114 lsa. i went with that because it was a good deal used and should help with idle issues and figured it would help the bottom end torque a little. will it make a huge difference in power/torque (read as more than 10 hp/ftlbs) and am i correct in saying that the 114 helps lower end over the 112 (everthing i read said so until a few things i dicovered recently)?

the parts i am looking for/need recommendations with are:
intake/tb - fast 90 with ls2? ive heard that big a tb can cause idle issues with this cam but a lot of people seem to run the 90 sucessfully
maf - size/brand?, what ducting to make a larger one work with the honker?
injectors - brand/rating?
timing chain - brand/model?
oil pump - definitely going with a good ported/blueprinted, brand?
valvetrain - what rockers? stock lifters ok or not?
good place to get it tuned?

i think thats about it. ive looked over the forum lots of time and have gotten a mix of answers so i figured id see what the experts and people who have this combo say. tia,
lane

IMO, you should check that piston to valve clearance, with those heads milled you may be out of room. Did you tell LG what your head specs were? When I spoke to them on the phone about a G5x3 on a 112 they said I definitely had to flycut with the heads I am running, TSP Stage 1, 59 ccs. Fly cutting may be in your future. I could be wrong here so check that or someone will correct me hopefully.

Also, get a push rod length checker and do it right.

Ls2 timing chain is good
Stock rockers are fine, many use them, or you can upgrade to YT or HS.
I used LS7 lifters, caddies are good too
Melling high volume oil pump
Intake I used the ls6 and had it ported, ls6 tb too
Injectors I left stock, my 98 has the 28 lbs, but I am adding a regulator.

Good Luck

Brad

yeah for how cheap they are i am definitely getting a pushrod length tool to make 100% sure. i went into this expecting to have to flycut but i will be checking clearance to make sure and will go from there. does anyone know if i can use the stock heads without a gasket for the flycutting so i dont mess up my nice new valve guides on my afrs or will that put the cuts in the wrong places?

brad - with that combination, what kind of numbers where you getting, what type of drivability, do you have a plot of the curves?
