Default fix a flat

I have heard that you should not use Penzoil Fix A Flat on high performance and z rated tires, if this is true, what do I use for the C5 goodyear F1's when I get a flat with no spare? anybody?
Is there another similar product out there for these z rated tires?

Dont use fix-a-flat with a C5 unless you want to destroy your tire pressure sensors. Use AAA or runflat tires.

You might want to buy a kit that has a small air compressor and some tire plugs in case you pick up a nail and can't make it to a station that has air.

you might damage the TPMS but in an emergency the $100 for a new sensor is still less tan the additional cost of OEM runflats.
