key fob?
My old key fob stopped working even with a new battery. I bought a new one and synchronized it but it only lasted a few months. I just put a new battery in the new one but it wont synchronize. Any ideas what could be the problem? Oh..i forgot to mention its a 99.

Did you try programming it through the DIC to the car? If it's lost programming, it won't sync by just holding down the two buttons till the horn blows. If you've already done that, you may have another bad fob, or the contacts are not meeting tight enough inside the fob to the battery.

Double check to ensure you have the right fob for your car, there was a change over in the C5 years. If you need another fob you could try "Remote Super Store" on ebay. Hope this helps.
