Did you recently put on a set of headers? I started setting codes, both P1415 and P1416 after I installed a set of B&B shorties. I replaced both check valves and the AIR pump and continued to get the same codes. Now I only get one every month or so. :mad

Is this the opposite side to what you replaced already?
The right side you have to remove the intake manifold...
