I'm just picked up 98 m6 with only 16k on it and I'm wanting to know what is the best catback to go with. The car has one on it now but it is a dual outlet and I perfer the look of the 4 outlet setup.

this is all a personal preference to what sound you like. Different exhaust combos will result in different sounds as well. For light weight and aftermarket flow capabilities, go with the Z06 exhaust. They go for about $450 here on the forum. If its just sound that you are going for, then I would suggest meeting up with some locals and hear for yourself. Go to your regional section and go to some meets

It is all about sound and looks.. the HP differnces are minimal.
