Enough already............................
Let this rest for a while. It would serve both parties involved to work this out in private negotiations. Taking sides, public bashings, normally just make both sides just dig-in deeper to their convictions, correct or not. If I've read the previous threads correctly, both individuals involved appear to be 'Great Guys', just have different opinions on business practices. Let them work it out. We've been informed of the problem, now let's wait for the outcome.

Personally, I think its good for No Mercy to share his experiences. As for other "flames" it appears to have claimed down a little. Maybe the influnce of these group will help get his $20,000 back or prevent other from making mistakes. Nothing against either side.
