hello everyone i need some help in which spark plugs to go with, ngk tr6 or tr55ix and need to know gap and torque specs. aslo i need to know were the air temp sensor would be at. the reson im asking is because my car is pinging at top end, its been pinging even before i started to mod the car. it currently has a halltech intake, x pipe, b&b bullets, and a halltech email tune. i already did the sea foam thing and it took some of the pinging away. any advice would help thanks.

Use the Iridium plug, gap .044. Pay very close attention to the gapping procedure for the Iridium plugs, you may destroy it otherwise.

The IAT sensor is in the MAF meter. Go get some Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner at the auto parts store and clean the MAF. Oil from the Halltech filter may have contaminated the sensor.

Do you have any datalogs from the car? It's hard to diagnose these types of problems without seeing what the engine is doing.
