the things that come to mind are the brake pedal and clutch pedal switches. They are both adjustable I think, but turning them. One might be adjusted too sensitively, and the highway vibration is causing them to set.

Cruise Control Kicking Off
My O1 Automatice is doing the same thing - -- I made a trip from Houston, to Dallas and back Sunday and Monday - - - It kicked off 3 or 4 times - - I noticed it doing it more when I would crest a hill and it would kick off just as I would pass the crest going downhill. Where is the switch located ? Is it an easy fix to check the switch for tolerance?

Yes, Mine does the same thing. Mine is in the brake pedal, even though I have a MN6. It kicks off when I hit a bump once in a while. I have to stick my left foot under the pedal and pull it up. Then it will set again.
I haven't gotten under ther to see how to adjust it yet.
Can someone give us an idea what to look for to adjust?
