Default catback keeps moving on me

For some reason the mufflers/catback on my car keep moving and i need to continually push them back into place and attempt to tighten the bolts on the muffler clamps. Any other possible causes? Thanks.

Mine are doing that too....soon, there will be a visit to my friendly muffler shop for some spot welding....that'll fix it.

I had the same problem after I installed mine. The problem was that I had the clamp too far up on the pipe. There are slits cut lengthwise in the pipes where they join the mid pipe. Make sure the clamps are over the slits and not too deep on the pipe (past the slits).

I've got the same thing goin on too... everytime I walk back to my car I give the right side a little lift with the foot wedge. It's getting old. If the roads werent so bad here it wouldnt be a problem but every crack and pothole makes it drop a little bit. I like the spot weld idea... yeah... think i'll do that.

I had to spot weld mine (B &B PRTs or Bullets) have a tendency to slip abit...if you want them to "stay put" that's the best cure. It's a 15 minute job at your local muffler shop or with welder pal...

Mine are moving too but it is not the clamps you can see it flexing all the way to the cats on the passengers side. You can also see the spring hanger flexing. The drivers side is rigid.
