Default Shocks?

I have a '00 with stock shocks, but want better grip, I'm using 345 BFG Drag Radials at 768RWHP. QA1's, or '06 ZO6 shocks? The '06 ZO6 GM shocks are a good value when compared to the QA1. How well? Kick downs on interstate and very rare, street light action, but I want better grip than I have now. Input please.

I recently installed a set of Koni FSD's on my 03 Z. The difference is like night and day. They are rather expensive ($630), but in my opinion, worth it.

I saw those but my wallet was a little empty and I needed shocks.
Koni's are probably the best shocks out there but the Bilsteins are much, much, MUCH better than the stock G.M. shocks and if I remember correctly, cheaper too.
There was a major difference in handling after the install and I'm very happy with them.
