Having broke off the much too tall antenna, I looked the situation over and decided I'd have to replace the bracket also. This is a fixed antenna.
The antenna is easy enough, but getting at the bracket is a different story. I'm not sure whether access is from inside the trunk or from underneath where it appears the mufflers will need to come off as a first step.
Can anyone furnish first-hand knowledge or shop manual info for me?

I think someone's mentioned in the past that access can be gained through the tail light...just remove the outside one with two TORX screws and you should be able to see it.
