Most of those IAT "trickers" are resistors. They can be found at radio shack for .15

For what it's worth, MAS is generally used as an abbreviation for "mass airflow sensor" and would probably be more grammatically correct than "MAF sensor." As "airflow" is a compound word, it should be abbreviated by a single letter.
And, if the point of abbreviation is to shorten things, "MAS" is shorter than "MAF sensor."
