it will bolt up to the head, but exhaust pipe bolting up it doesnt...you have to either cut out some pipe or add some pipe....I cant remember :confused:
also, the LS6 exhaust manifold is the same as the 2001 up LS1 manifold

LS6 heads have larger, D-shaped exhausts ports and headers have the same. You should at least clean up your LS1 head exh. ports to match. And get the LS6 intake and do the heads to match it also...and then a fat cam!!! Ka-chunk-Ka-chunk-Ka-chunk!!! :lol:
