Default HELP:Climate Control Problem

My 98 Corvette has the digital push button control panel. I recently did some work on my car and now the air-flow won't change. It seems to be locked on the defrost upper vent. I can push the mode button through the different vent choices and it shows it on the panel that the vent directions are changing but the flow doesn't change. The hot and cold works, the fan speed works. The unit will turn off and on. The air flow setting shows that it is switching, but isn't. Any thoughts or ideas? Help !!! It's HOT.

Here is what I did this week:

LS6 Intake
Ported Throttle Body
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
Throttle Body Bypass
1000 CFM Mass Air Flow Housing
160* Powerstat
98 Hypertech Power Programmer III
Optima Battery

I will have to check the lines again. It might be that one in the back of the intake. It's hard to see and get to.

Sounds like you pinched the vacuum line behind the intake. Pretty common on an intake swap. I hope I don't do it, I'm swapping my intake one day this week.
