Im just dreaming right now, I dont even own a vette but, I should have one by the end of the year Been looking at a ton of different ways to make power and my favorite answer is more displacement but, there are so many different tuners out there its rediculous. Im sure you can get a nice chunk of change for a used ls-6, I know some of the mazda guys like to use them so I see this as a nice upgrade along with a full exhaust and clutch. It doesnt give specs on the cam but, from the dyno sheet and numbers, it sounds pretty big to me.
Just a few questions
A) Will the C5z computer run this?
B) What long tubes would couple to it? (LG pros are pretty kool)
Wow, those are some good looking engines but damn that seems expensive for 640hp. I'm not nearly as experienced in moddifying the ls as 90% of the people on this board but I'm under the impression you could get that kind of power relatively easily well under that amount of money. But hey if you got the $$ and you have your mind set on that specific engine then by all means go for it, i'm sure it will make for one hell of a ride.
I dont have my mind set on anything specific right now, I just know I want a big cube z06... Ive looked at all the engine packages... LPE, Vette Doctors, Doug Rippie, MTI but I really dont know what I want.... as I said Im just looking for now. I eventually want to build someting with 500+ to the wheels, a car that shakes at the stop light (lopy cam), and I want it to pull HARD over 4k rpm.

That looks a bit over priced and if includes computers and such, you don't need them. Talk to the forum vendors, I believe a few were getting 500 to the wheels on a stock cube motor with a H/C package and it won't cost $25k.
500 from the 350 sounds like a stretch to me but, I wouldnt know... What I do know is that a bigger engine will have some better torque numbers. Im still up in the air, it can go any direction right now. I really need a car before I start talkin to people and waisting their time
Hell, Im not even working right now but, I should get the call Ive been waiting for by the end of the week (plumbers union). If I make it in, I will have the nessicary funds to support this car after I save for a few months. I have my dream car planned out, all thats left now is to actually build it
Send me your e-mail and I can give you a quote. This will give you a out the door price and horsepower numbers. I bet that our package is hard to turn down after looking at the others.
Those are some strong numbers, but you can get way more HP and TQ for less than that by going the supercharger route. ECS is putting out over 750 rwhp for that price with a 347 and their NOVI 2000 system.
ECS also put together a heads/cam combo for around $6500 that put out over 500 rwhp on a Z06. Other tuners have also reached the magic 500 rwhp number with their own heads/cam combos.
Also you have to take into consideration what it will cost to make other mods to the car to support those numbers, such as drivetrain and cooling systems. Probably will need to make suspension changes and get much bigger grippier tires also.
