C6 Z06 Backspacing...

This equates to a 8.92" backspace dimension (hub surface to inside edge of wheel), and a 4.08" frontspace dimension (hub surface to outside lip of wheel).
You need to reduce the backspace dimension (reduce offset) if you want the wheels to stick out more.
If you are intending to use stock Z06 wheels and want them to stick out more to better fit the aftermarket fenders, I'm not sure why the backspace matters at all. Just get some longer studs and run a 1/2" spacer.
If you are spec'ing custom wheels, and need to know optimal offset for the flared fenders, If you are positive you want the outside lip of the wheel to stick out 1/2" more than the Z06 wheels, then a 50mm offset on a 12" wide wheel should get you there.
I put that in bold, because I'm not guaranteeing fitment here, just running the numbers based on your 1/2" "out more" request..
