Another Heartwarming LGM Customer Service Experience
Two weeks ago, I had a small mishap with my left side LG Pro LT header. While going about 140 on the back stretch at Sebring, my air tube blew off leaving a large hole about 1" off of the flange, thus ending a great day prematurely. Thanks to the Steves (Doten and Rawlins) otherwise known as England Green who were nearby, my header was shipped back to LG who took care of the problem free of charge despite the header being over 2 years old. Expecting a new tube welded in place of the broken one, I was pleasantly surprised to find a brand new header in my car when I picked it up today.
Yet another example of exemplary customer service from a stand-up company and a stand-up guy.
