Default Please Help "check engine" light

Yesterday, on my way home from work my check engine light came on. I pulled over and found a hole in the vacuum hose just aft of the right side of the throttle body. The hose comes out of the intake on the right side. I think it goes to the smog equipment. Anyway, I replaced the hose and the check engine light is still on and my car is running a little rough. Any help would be appeciated. How do I reset the check engine light? What else might be causeing this?

I think you press and hold the options key while pressing fuel 4 times quickly. This will get you into diagnostic mode. Write down the code, you can look it up, then press and hold reset to turn off Check engine.Make sure there is no message on the DIC before you press and hold the keys.
