I have no idea. The largest size at Lowes was 30 mm. I need to get a 36 mm for something and I am having a hell of a time.

AutoZone, OReilly's, PepBoys, seem to carry at many but not all stores. They are usually on a peg board together with other axle nut sockets in various sizes, rather than with all the other sockets.

I checked on line but Autozone didn't show any. I have to call or visit the stores.

I got one at o'Reilly's. The same size socket fits a lot of front wheel drive cars. They had a good selection of larger sockets just for axle nuts.

Air cooled VW's used a 36MM socket for thier flywheels.
A 1-5/16" socket is just over 33MM and just under 34MM.
Good luck

I use 1 5/16" to do this all of the time. Fit's almost perfectly (1.32" vs 1.30").

It's not cheap at just over $34, but worth every penny IMHO...
Good luck...
