I think JC Whitney has a generic replacement boot. It seems this topic came up in the past and no one had a corvette specific boot - you had to find generic replacement.
Can I ask why you want to replace it? Is it cracked badly? The reason I ask is if the boot is shot most likely you have driven your car that way for a while which means the grease has slung out and if you drive in the rain the grease would be contaminated. When a cv boot busts on front wheel drive cars I have owned it makes a big mess with grease slinging all over the place and the cv joint was improperly lubricated for perhaps a thousand miles or more before I noticed it (I check them at every oil change – 3000 miles). If I just replaced the boot then 6 months later the cv joint would probably gone out. It usually a good ideal to replace the whole axle shaft with a new one for piece of mind. Now if your car is not a daily driver and you caught the boot with minor damage then you may be ok with just the boot - but don’t forget to add some grease before the install.
If the crack is very minor you may be able to repair with come black RTV silicon. I have never tried it but I would think it would work.
Ok. My C5 is not a daily driver, it's only for a track use. And the boot has only a minor crack, and I noticed it after 50 miles (at most). I have tried to repair it with some gorilla tape (and of course I first added grease), but it doesn't last on a track so well. CV joint and the axle is fine, there's no need to replace them necessarily. I try to fix it next with RTV silicone, if it would last longer. Thanks for the tip.
By the way, I live in Finland so it might be impossible to get some products here from JC Whitney .
