Cruise control accel button sticks
Hi-
Anyone have this problem? When the cruise control is on my 98, usually when I push the accel button it sticks. Anyone know of a way to free it up or lubricate it?

About the only safe thing to try is iso alcohol, otherwise I will suggest you replace the switch assembly as a whole. They run like $138 the last time I looked and its been a while.

Electronic Contact Cleaner
If it were mine, I would go to an electronics store and buy some Electronic Contact Cleaner. If you can use that stuff around semi-conductors I would be comfortable spritzing it on my cruise stalk. Let us know how things work out.
