Cooler range spark plugs

I have a stock 98 LS1 vert (wifes car) and want to install a set of cooler spark plugs to help reduce the detonation when the engine and outside temps are hot. The car runs @ 190-195 deg. max when it's 90 degrees out. The crappy summer gas is probably to blame. Can anyone tell me what spark plug to run ? I'd like to go 2 heat range cooler than the stockers.

there's some threads on this is the FI section. Lots of guys there run TR6's due to the increased charge heat from blowers and turbos
