Next Brake Upgrade
I want to add more stopping power, lots of stopping power. Where do I go from here?
Bling is secondary or really not much of a factor.
Recomendations?
TIA

What kind of use do you intend for these brakes ... AutoX ... HPDEs ... full out road racing (on a track, of course)???
What problems are you looking to solve (brake fade) ??
Of course David is a bit better at brake managment than most.
I also didnt experience any problems with the Wilwood BBK kit, brake coolers, wilwood H pads and fresh brake fluid. I am not as good with brake management
As stated what are you looking to accomplish with your new setup?

Stickier tires and better pads. If you track the car you may want to look at a BBK and or cooling ducts.
I definitely plan on doing more track events, all types really. I havent done enough yet to say exactly what I want to do. Auto cross has been fun but I am looking for more.
No fade at all on the current set-up as it is quite good at this point compared to stock.
BFG KDW currently on stock size 2000 rims.
Tire rack had a nice set of rims on clearance for 249.00 each and 19 lbs front and 22 lbs rear. So I definitely have tires in the near future, September hopefully.
Just curious as to where I might proceed.
Slotted rotors?
Bigger rotors?
I saw someone was making a supposedly a better master cylinder, Ligenfelter? (SP?)
As far as money goes, 1500 probably.
Thanks to all who ahve replied so far.

If you're looking for better track performance, get track pads and swap them out for track events (you don't really want to run track pads on the street).
Something like a Porterfield R4 pad for example. The braking difference is phenomenal. They just aren't good on the street because they don't work as well at lower temps, and they are very noisy.
Get some good brake ducts to go along with it (DRM? LG?) for optimal cooling.
Try that out and see how you like it. There's really no need for better brakes than that until you start running better tires - that will be your next bottleneck.
