Default ZR1 wheels backspace question.

I have a chance to buy a set of ZR1 wheels for the rear of my C5.
These are the Grand Sport offset 17X11 with +56mm offset and 7.4" backspace.
Will these fit without a spacer?
I notice that the regular ZR1 wheels are +38mm offset with 6.7" backspace.
I am going to mount some autocross tires, probably 315.

RedLandRocket,

I recently switched to a set of 17x11 w/ the 56mm offset of the rear of my C5 with a set of 17x9.5s up front for full time use. I'm running with Nitto 555 275/45's up front and 555R 315/35's in the rear.

The rear wheels fit fine. No spacer is required. They stick out slightly but are not obnoxious and the car handles great with the setup.
