Driver side headlamp doesn't go down (fixed and happened again)
I had the problem that the driver side headlamp open up half way when I turned off the switch.
I followed the instruction to install 3 washers and replace 2 insulators as described in the technical bulletin.
It seems that fixed the problem, and it happened again 2 weeks later.
Today, I found that the one of the insulator tip is scrubbed by a metal thingy and the tip of insulator is ripped.
I also found that the other insulator also has scrub mark on the wider side and it seems like something is pushing it very hard.
I flipped the insulators so that the scrub marks are on the other side, and it seems working fine.
After about 5~6 turn on/off test, it happened again and one of the insulator tip is surely ripped again.
Anybody has this experience, and how can I fix it?
