3.73 Gears
I have driven this for a while now, and I really like what it does for the balance of the car with the 2002 Z06 clutch and the non-restrictive line. Third and fourth gears in particular are really where they ought to be. I highly recommend this for anyone with an M6 car.
My 3.42 takeoffs are available if anyone wants them for an auto - see the C5 for sale forum.......

Re: 3.73 Gears (George Cooper)

What do you mean "non-restrictive line". Is that mod available now for the C5? How is it done?
thanks

Re: 3.73 Gears (wallstAL)
Might as well do heads then also. How much do 3.73's affect top end?

Who would have them available for this price (1,600.00)? That's about the best I've seen going!

Re: 3.73 Gears (Peach)
Top speed-
The 3.73 might knock ~5 mph or so off the top. Who cares?
Non-restrictive line-
This replaces the stock line between the master and slave that restricts the flow and leads to the sticky pedal. Mike or Troy at More Performance - (704) 393-8241 - make this up from Goodridge braided line and will set you up if you want. It works.
