I use lithium grease on the poly bushings in my swaybars... I have to re-do them about once a year.
Next week I'm having hte full VB&P poly kit installed in the control arms. My buddy who installs them uses some kind of special teflon grease. However, I full expect the entire car to begin squeeking after a year.
But... my car is more of a track car so I don't care.
Lithium is messy, most bushing kits come with their own "poly lube" Recommend you use a lube that was designed for polyurethane. There are lots of sythetic greases that will work.
I used the the little tube that came with my bushings and they worked beautifully. Not a sound from them.

Something like that lube would be perfect, but I can not just find lube like that with out the bushings.. I will just call around I guess.
