Rearend groan noise?

Rearend groan noise?

I've noticed sometimes after work when backing out of my spot I can hear a fairly substantial groan that sounds like its from the rear. sounds like it comes from the right side more than the left, and is more often when turning while backing up, but does happen moving forward while turning. Seems to only be when it first starts moving though. Sound like a familiar/normal noise?
