From the title, I thought you had a Hustler magazine stuck on your exhaust! Seriously, I think a little "****" is normal, but if you had a lot, it could indicate an oil burning problem.

I get the same thing.
I can drive it to work everyday for 2 weeks, no ****.
I take a road trip and there it is.
I have the Corsa Indy's with Pro Tips and it only collects on the inside pipes. It is not oil. It is dry and wipes right off.
It looks like the soot that blows out where the exhaust pipes are split and clamped going in to the mufflers.
I talked to Paul Santiago at Corsa about the soot on the exhaust and he said it was fairly normal. It has to do with moisture buildup in the exhaust. I think that when we drive it a long distance and then shut it down, there is excessive moisture as compared to the daily drive. If you look closely at the bottom of your mufflers, you will see a weep hole that will let the liquid part of the moisture drain, the rest must come out as soot.
I drive mainly in-town and on small parkways (50-60MPH) and after about a 30 minute drive I will notice a little bit of soot on the exhaust tips (bottom outside part of the oval tip). It wipes right off. I'm pretty sure it's the just moisture buildup as stated before. Take a look at any pre-01 model with the "bare" exhaust tips and you'll see a lot of soot on them. The minutes you put tips on (or as in my case, they came with the '01) that soot will end up on them. No oil consumption here...so far.
