Traction control in an A4 question
On the street when the tires are cold and begin to slip, and the traction control takes over, is that sign I should get out of it or is it a sign to get into it because the ASR will regulate?

Yes it will but when the tires hook, if I stay in it, I will be at a higher RPM than if I get out of it. Since I don't have a place to try it, I'd like to know if anyone else has tried and what the result was.

Yeah that makes sense, I think. I was thinking if I get up to 3000 and traction control comes on it only reduces RPM a little and I would end up staying around 2000 maybe. Getting out means going back to 900 rpm and starting over.
Oh well, I was just curious cause when I leave the office, it usually engages and I am not sure if I stay in it when it hooks, I will go for roundy round in the middle of the road.
