shock absorber torque specks
Am installing new C6 Z06 shocks and my manual states Front upper
19lbs and lower 21lbs, Rear upper 22lbs rear 162. Any help is appreciated.

I recall that some have complained about broken mounting fasteners. You might confirm that those bolts are not one time use that could fail once removed and re-installation attempted.
You may have to buy new bolts, especially with 162# tq.
