After my original failed at about 70,000 miles, I pulled the manifold and replaced it with the Standard PS-308, which turned out to be aluminum. After the new one failed a month later, I cut the hole in the firewall and replaced it. After it failed, I replaced it again under warranty, but this time I only torqued it to 10 lbs. instead of 15. Now have over 25,000 miles on the aluminum sensor with no failure. I think it is a torque issue.
