Injector Question
No it won't help you on a dyno tune. The 26# injectors are good for about 350-360 hp, so until you run out of injector, they would not be of any advantage. Before I put the LS6 intake on, I was making 340 rwhp and my injector duty cycle was 80%-83% (which "they" say is the max you are supposed to run them). When I changed the intake, I changed the injectors to the 28.8s. My injector duty cycle is now around 70%-72%. The 28.8s are good to around 375-385 rwhp.
Make sense? They don't give you any more power, they just are able to supply more fuel for future mods.
EDIT: I re-read your sig. I just looked at your hp the first time. Now, I would say injectors are a must. I guarantee you are out of injector, because you are probably around 380 rwhp. When your tuner tuned for the cam and headers he should have seen that you are probably over 100% duty cycle. Going over 100% duty cycle will cause you to run lean. If your WOT is tuned close to the edge, you could be getting dangerously lean.

Using this chart, aftermarket 30# injectors that are rated at 43.5 psi fuel pressure (corvette is ~58 psi) are good for 418 hp.
injector flow rating: 30
injector flow rating pressure: 43.5
cylinders: 8
operating fuel pressure: 58
duty cycle: 80
bsfc: 0.53 (this is the average efficiency of a gas engine)
Max horsepower: 418
