I think I broke it
Help... the lever that raises and lower the steering column won't work any more. I raised it to get out of the car and then when I got back in I pulled the lever to lower it and it went part way down and stopped. Now it won't move and the lever just kind of wiggles. Anyone have this problem? I have a 2004 C-5 with only 3500 miles on it!

You might try removing then reinstalling it. It is not intuitive to release it. I can't exactly remember how to do it, but it is a small spring tab that you have to press with a small blade screwdriver to get it off. Once you do it it is so obvious. Be careful not to stress the tab by doing it too often, as you will be up the creek if it falls off. wish I had a pic for you...also, read up on it in the service book...good luck
