I'm replacing plugs in my 98 w/ 52K miles and am going with what appears to be a popular CF choice, the NGK TR55s, however what they had at the local parts store were TR55GP (stock 3403).
Does the GP mean anything . . . platinum? These are the platinum ones, not copper, so should these be okay?
The GP's (platinums) will last longer than the V power (copper) plugs, however, copper is better for performance...I just finished installing NGK TR55IX (Iridium) which offer slightly better performance than the platinums...
