Vibration question
It does this when the car is beeing driven and when the car in neutral with the clutch pushed in.
The car has less than 50k miles. I do not know if the clutch has been replaced or not.
I was leaning toward it beeing the torque tube bushings. But, I might be wrong but it was my understanding the propeller shaft does NOT spin when the clutch is in and the car is stopped. Is this correct?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have the clutch pedal depressed and are at a stop your torque tube will not spin.
If you are getting vibrations under these conditions through your shifter maybe one of the shifter bolts has come loose.
If you feel the vibration elsewhere it could be a loose motor mount or some other type of drive line or engine problem.
