Save the oem mounting bushings and reuse them on the new shocks. I tried the new bushings and they were way too noisy.
The fronts are easy. The rears require the shock to be compressed to intall. I used some duct tape to hold them compressed until i got them to the right position.

someone told me that I would have to remove, unbolt, the upper control arm on the front to remove the shock. Did you have to do that? It didn't seem you really had to.. You would have to compress the shock in the front and just pull it out.. .I would think... ??
Did you have an alignment done after the shock install?
Removing the Upper Control Arms isn't really necesary but it does aid in the ease of installation. An alignment isn't necesary either, but wouldn't hurt (i didn't get one done).
