I've heard reference on the forum about adjusting the fan settings after installing a 160 deg. stat. How do you go about adjusting the on off fan settings ? Contacted local dealer.....they had NO CLUE !!

One way is to purchase the Hypertech Power Programmer III, you can set what temp you want your fans to turn on and much more!!

You need a tuner...either the hand held unit, like a Diablo or a Hypertech, etc.. OR, if you really want to get all the hidden and FREE horsepower out of your car, take it in and have it Dyno tuned.....the Tuner can make the temp fan/thermostat changes for you, and you'll pick up the cheapest and easiest horsepower gains you will ever find with the least outlay of $$$. Sure you can gain more...but it will cost a lot more to get it as well..
