hard start,fuel gauge
hey guys i just bought another c5 1999 i am having common fuel gauge problems also it turns over for a few secs be4 it starts.I have checked all the posts but not really sure if this one problem is causing the other or possible 2 different ones?i added the techron tonight,then i did some searching, and i seen something about a valve or y pump etc,let me know what u guys think so i can dig into it tommorow.thanks Brian

He had a similar problem with his '99. It turned out to be a check valve which maintains fuel pressure between the fuel pump and fuel rail when the ignition is off.
