Default Need help diagnosing Fan issue

It seems that my cooling fans are running 100% of the time. Not an expert here but my understanding would be that it would only come on when needed per the parameters below vs running full time. It may be that I am hearing only fan #1 since it is fairly quiet. I can usually here my fuel pump whine really loud when fan #2 kicks in. Even on a cold start after a couple seconds I can here the fan come on with the coolant temperatures way below 82C. I am running stock fans with no recent changes

Any suggestions? Thanks

Here are my current settings:

Is the light for the A/C on? That will run the fans full time...

In fact, I think I read that the A/C only runs one fan, at low speed, until a specific temperature is reached. Sounds like a match for your situation.

Thanks for the ideas...unfortunately, the A/C was off and has not been used for some time. I have not been using the A/C since it is in need of a 134 re-charge

I am thinking that my ground wire may have a short somewhere and therefore completing the circuit or that I may have a bad relay. I plan on doing some continuity & short testing of the wiring harness.

Any other ideas! Thanks for the help

Odd that it doesn't run as soon as you turn the key - that would
point toward a stuck relay or a short of some sort. The only
other way that relay could come is if the return from the solenoid
is somehow grounded when it shouldn't be...
