Yes, all those codes are related to the EBCM. You either have some bad connections and or bad ground. Only code missing is the lovely C1214. Worst case senerio YOU NEED A NEW EBCM. C1225 RF Excessive Wheel Speed Variation
C1281 Steering Sensor Uncorrelated Malfunction
C1286 Steering Sensor Bias Malfunction
C1287 Steering Sensor Rate Malfunction
c1248 one or more faults have been detectedby the ebcm in the ABS/TC systems
I had c1255 and c1248 before the c1214 set
