I'm having the worst luck here lately and now I need to replace the rocker panel. I won't even go into the stuff I've been through with this car in the last 3 months, but this one wasn't the car's fault. I dare say it wasn't entirely mine either. Either way I can't find instructions to replace the rocker panel on the forum after many searches. Can anyone post the directions for rocker panel replacement?

Unless you are a knowledgable body guy leave it tothe pro's. The Rockers are glued on. The rear fender, door and front fender have to be removed.
Then you have to re-glue new rocker on just right or all of your other fittments will be off. Also need to get painted.
Probably a couple thousand dollar bill you're looking at.
I'm more than capable of doing this. Just looking for some instruction from someone who's done this before. Also, what glue to use?
Hopefully someone who is parting a C5 will have mercy and hook me up with a good price on the rocker. Thankfully it was the only thing that was damaged.
It's really been a rough couple of months for me with this car. Just finished a head/cam R&R on it. Spent all the money I had doing that so she could run, then this......booo cargods, booooooo

You can't get a used rocker, you have to buy new. They come off in pieces because they are glued on.

Here is the GM part# 89020330. GM likes to call it structural adhesive. Most body people call it seam sealer.
The adhesive primarily holds the rocker along with trim screws around the door opening.
Make sure you scrape off all adhesive from frame.
Make sure you do not topcoat the part of the rocker that is to be bonded to the frame, only use expoxy primer on bare metal, you have to paint the pieces before install.
Also you have to let set before attaching any other panels.
