So awhile back I installed aluminum bezels. And you guessed it, I got super glue on the gauges. I didn't notice it and now that I've tried to fix it I have smudged the oil pressure gauge. My question is 1) do they make white face gauges that slip on specific to the Z06? or 2) what would I need to replace the entire gauge area (the black section).
Would a junkyard z06 instrument cluster be plug and play (I have it disassembled now) or what I need to remove computers and swap them over etc. I haven't had a chance to really look at the cluster.
nitromethane will work, and not harm the plastic (if you're quick during the removal process). Nitromethane is the main ingrediant in super-glue remover.
Though, I don't know if this substance is gentle to the actual lettering on the gauges though.

Unfortunately I'm passed that as the gauges are now ruined (they are smeared). I am now wondering where I can find a replacement cluster. Does anyone have any leads?
