I'll start the replies with the obvious first thoughts. It sounds like your coolant isn't circulatiing. If you can, put your hand on the two radiator hoses and see if they are the same temperature. There have been some that reported blockages in the radiator. Have you looked for collapsing hoses? Next is the thermostat of course. But, before all of that, are you sure you are topped off with coolant as in no air pockets?
